How the calculator works
We use the Mifflin–St Jeor equation for resting energy, then an approximate activity multiplier (1.2–1.725). The optional goal scenarios adjust that maintenance estimate by 10%; they are not a weight-loss forecast. Actual needs vary. This general tool is for adults; see the NIDDK guidance on personalised planning. It does not replace individual advice.

The Android app is coming soon. We will add the official Play Store download link here when the app launches.

Calculate an estimated calorie target, filter sample meal suggestions, add them to a temporary food diary, compare protein sources and explore the app's nutrition views.
How accurate are nutrition estimates?
Portion size, ingredients, preparation and source coverage all matter. The website uses clearly labelled sample food data. Missing nutrient values are kept unknown rather than invented.
How will Refer & Earn work?
The programme is coming soon. Eligibility, rates, subscription requirements, verification and payout terms will be available before it opens. Rewards are not guaranteed and there is no active enrolment on this site.
Does clinical nutrition replace medical advice?
No. These are educational topics to support understanding. A qualified professional should set individual nutrition targets for medical conditions.
